Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You deserve to know how Sleepingteach Pest Control works and how it gets paid. This page explains our role. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What Sleepingteach Pest Control Is

Sleepingteach Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not do general pest control, termite treatment, rodent control, wildlife removal, exclusion (sealing entry points), or any other pest work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Sleepingteach Pest Control for the calls, form requests, or other referrals we send them. The amount can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether someone answers it. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to. The provider sets the price.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Sleepingteach Pest Control. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, prices, and terms
• The products and methods it uses
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, permits, and insurance
• How it communicates and behaves with you

A referral is not an endorsement. It is also not a promise about a provider's work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are in our network at that moment.

You Decide

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check credentials. Ask for a written estimate. Compare other quotes before you choose.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked. Some may be recorded to check quality, confirm details, and handle billing.
