Complaints Process

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Sleepingteach Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Sleepingteach Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed. Know the limits, though. Sleepingteach Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot issue refunds for a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is how a pesticide was used, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Florida.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@sleepingteach.garden. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what you would like us to do

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If you do not like our answer, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
